The Chufa will be protagonist in SIAL 2022
The Valencian company Xufex will attend as an exhibitor, with a firm step in its internationalization and together with other Valencian producers, at the stand of the Valencian Community from 15 to 19 October in Paris.
More than 150,000 visitors from 120 different nationalities and 7000 exhibitors from 100 different countries make SIAL one of the most important agri-food fairs worldwide.
The work agenda of Xufex will consist of:
To raise awareness and introduce the chufa as a healthy product in people's diet.
Promote the benefits of this small tuber: gluten and allergen free, ideal for diets of celiac, diabetic people or people with food intolerance problems.
It will also exhibit the products manufactured from tigernuts such as Snexs, crunchy or peeled chufas and will hold meetings with potential customers to further strengthen its international presence.
